We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of project initiation.

1. Overview

At Advanced Facilities Design Limited Liability Company, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes projects may not proceed as planned, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fair treatment for all parties.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 30 days of project start: You may request a refund if the project has not progressed beyond the initial concept phase.
  • Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe without prior communication.
  • Quality concerns: If the delivered work substantially deviates from the agreed specifications and cannot be corrected through revisions.

3. Refund Amounts

Before work begins

100% refund of any deposit paid

During concept/discovery phase

75% refund of total project cost

After initial concepts delivered

50% refund of total project cost

After revisions have begun

25% refund, based on work remaining

After final approval

No refund available

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Rush fees or expedited service charges
  • Third-party costs (stock images, fonts, printing, etc.)
  • Completed and approved work
  • Services requested and delivered outside the original scope
  • Projects canceled due to client non-responsiveness (30+ days without communication)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your project details and reason for the refund request
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for us to review your request
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, and refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding fair solutions and maintaining positive client relationships. If necessary, disputes may be resolved through mediation in accordance with West Virginia state law.
